Responsibilities

Toomey Residential and Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community habilitation services to a woman who resides in the Syracuse area. She enjoys puzzles, socializing, eating out, window shopping, playing games, reading and fashion. She is seeking support with currency recognition and budgeting, positive communication skill building, participating in physical activity and activities.

 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am-2pm)

 

Pay Rate: $17-$19 per hour

 

Location: Syracuse, NY

Qualifications

  1. Must be 21 years old.
  2. Possess a valid NYS driver's license with 4 points or less.
  3. Use of personal vehicle required.
  4. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. 
  5. NYS background checks required.
