Opportunities for Growth and Promotion

1. Integrity to work unsupervised in the field. 
2. Provide routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
3. Make general repairs to include sheetrock/plaster repair and quality painting, and ability to troubleshoot.
4. Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping.
5. Drive a variety of vehicles to/from shop/properties.   
6. Ensure property cleanliness and sanitation. 
7. Monitor and maintain safety and security measures. 
8. Document maintenance activities and report maintenance concerns.
9. Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
10. Ensure all maintenance work meets health, safety and regulatory standards.
11. Be reliable and available for afterhours calls.
